Sometimes, the issue may be a simple clog in your sewer line that we can remove. Other times, sewer line damage can be the cause of your frequent issues. Tree roots can invade your sewer line, or corrosion can damage the line. This can lead to toxic wastewater leaking into the surrounding soil. It can also contaminate your groundwater supply, making it unsafe to drink. Tree roots and broken pipes can trap solids in your wastewater, leading to frequent clogs.
When trenchless sewer repair is necessary, you have two options. An excavator digs up the area of your yard that sits on top of your sewer line for a traditional trench repair. This will be invasive. After sewer repair, you will need someone to make landscaping repairs.
The second option is trenchless sewer line repair. This can repair all types of piping, including PVC. Trenchless repairs cannot fix collapsed sewer lines. Traditional trench repair is necessary in those instances. Our expert plumbers repair sewer lines using methods such as pipe relining or pipe bursting.
Pipe relining is also known as cured-in-place piping. Pipe relining provides a clear solution by using a flexible resin-coated liner. We insert the liner into your existing sewer line. The liner will harden in place, creating an impenetrable barrier. This is like putting a new pipe inside your old one.
The other option is pipe bursting, which is a little more labor-intensive. Pipe bursting uses a bursting head that penetrates the existing sewer line. The bursting head breaks up the blockage. As it does this, it replaces the old space where your piping was with a new one.
